Problem 

A healthcare startup needed to scale its engineering team quickly to continue the build-out of its product—a cloud-based clinical workflow management tool for healthcare providers. They were initially in need of senior-level and mid-level engineers, however soon after ThorTech began working with them they unexpectedly lost their Director of Engineering. 

Solution 

Within 7 days of the job becoming available ThorTech provided a Director of Engineering to lead the development of their product and manage the engineering team. ThorTech also provided 2 senior-level and 1 mid-level Clojure engineers to complete the makeup of their core team with a 90% candidate-to-hired conversion rate. 

Outcome 

Bringing in ThorTech’s expert recruiting team allowed the client to transform its internal engineering team with minimal interruption to the build of the product so that they could continue to facilitate patient engagement and improve reimbursement for providers by helping patients share their healthcare data with their physicians.
