At ThorTech Solutions we take seriously the importance of a proof-of-concept whether it's to measure risk or make a sale to a client. When approached to build the Election Analysis System ThorTech Solutions was able to build a prototype for the dynamic query access for the national cross tabulation using actual data from the 2000 election within 3 weeks time. This included the UI and data modeling and served as a base for building the production level components for the national cross tabs used in the 2004 general election.
